Sabrina's Pizza & Restaurant, owned by the Capuano Family, has been in the East Windsor area since 21. While Sabrina's has only been serving the East Windsor area for a few years now, the Capuano Family has been serving Mercer County since 198. Sabrina's Pizza & Restaurant is billed as the Home of the Margherita Pizza, because it has one of the best Margherita Pizzas in Mercer County and maybe even in New Jersey.
